Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Final Payments: All deposits and final payments are non-refundable. Deposits secure your date/time and cover pre-shoot preparation. Final payments cover the creative work, editing, and delivery process.
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Deposits transfer to the new date one time only.
Cancellations / No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled session or canceling within 72 hours results in forfeiture of your deposit.
Turnaround Time: Unedited Proof galleries are typically delivered within 7–10 days, and final retouched images within 14–30 days.
Rush Fees: Rush delivery options are available at an additional cost. If a rush fee is paid and images are not delivered within the promised timeframe, you may qualify for a partial refund of the rush fee only.
Creative Direction: Artistic style, editing decisions, and final image selection are left to the photographer’s discretion. No refunds will be issued based on client preference differences.

All Sales Final: Due to the custom nature of our merchandise, no refunds or exchanges are allowed unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Defective Items: If your item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, contact us within 7 days of receipt for review. Replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Size Exchanges: We do not accept returns for wrong size selections. Please review size charts carefully before purchase.

Chargebacks & Disputes: Any chargeback or dispute filed without contacting us first will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action.
Policy Agreement: By booking, purchasing, or submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
